I haven't tried all of the wines you listed, but the Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc is excellent. I know that the Clos du Bois Chardonnay is popular, but not one of my favorites. I am assuming the Fat Bastard you are wondering about is the Chardonnay. Although the name is comical, the juice is very good. I originally thought it was a wine you would buy as a prank gift until I tried it and realized it was a well made wine with great balance and structure.
